Operating as Guppy Plastic’s headquarters, our plant in Selangor has been in operation since 1985. After undergoing two expansions in 1991 and 1993 respectively, the site has now a built-up area of more than 370,000 sq ft with an annual production capacity of approximately 40 million pieces.

Specializing in the production of disposable household wares, office furniture, pet products and semiconductor parts, our Selangor plant handles the entire manufacturing process, from idea conceptualization to production. Our Selangor plant is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Located in the heart of the “Silicon Valley of the East”, our Penang plant is fully equipped with state-of-the-art R&D design centre, testing laboratory and advanced measuring equipment. Our Penang plant has the competency to perform a wide range of secondary processes from thermo welding, ultrasonic, silk screening, tempo printing, pin insertion, hot stamping and spray painting.

With our commitment to provide quality excellence to our customers, our plant has been certified with the relevant international standards; ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 13485: 2016.

Our plant in Melaka started its operation in 2018 as part of our expansion effort of Guppy Plastic Industries (Penang). With a built-up area of over 200,000 sq ft, Guppy Melaka (SIC) is equipped with advanced injection molding facilities, module assemble and automation processes, set for Guppy to work towards the Industry 4.0 goal.
