Our tooling department is made up of experienced designers and programmers who use sophisticated CAD-CAM technology to turn plastic design conceptions into reality. We have full scale state-of-the-art facilities for CNC, EDM, wire-cut, together with other basic machinery to ensure high quality and reliable molds suitable for mass production.<\/p>\n

Our flexible manufacturing applies the Erowa system to shorten possible re-setting times when switching from one variant to another to increase productivity as well as to reduce wastage. This ensures that our customers always gain tooling competitiveness in the market with respect to lead-times, technology and pricing.<\/p>\n

Guppy Plastic is capable of fabricating high precision molds of up to 0.02 mm within a short lead-time.
