Our Secondary processes are flexible and customer-driven
operations that play a vital role in enhancing the
appearance of our end products. We strictly abide by
inspection criteria including tape tests and chemical tests
for the printing and spraying processes to ensure
consistency.
We have a special decoration core unit for our secondary
operation processes that offer the following services:
- Manual / Auto silk screening
- Tampo/ Pad printing
- Cold/Hot stick
- Hot plate/ Thermal welding
- Ultrasonic
- Manual spraying (PP spray, UV spray, EMS spray)
