We maintain our cutting-edge advantage by investing in new
machinery and technology. Many of our machines are equipped
with robot arms and conveyor systems for greater process
stability. We use dehumidifiers for material preheating to
ensure the raw materials’ properties are not deviated
through hydrolysis (especially hygroscopic materials).
Our machines and their capabilities include:
- High speed machines enhanced by the nitrogen gas
that are specially used for thin wall moulding;
- 2K machine in the range of 120-200 tonnage, this
machine is double barrelled for multi-shot design
product;
- Close loop system to minimize product variation and
ensure higher quality control;
- Aero hopper that ensures all dust particles are
filtered out for highly transparent clear cosmetic
products.
